The Twin Z Pillow is one pillow with three separate legs. The middle leg is used for back support for mum. You just place the middle leg behind your back. Then you wrap the two outer legs around you – and this is where you place your babies. You can buckle the two outer legs in front of you and adjust them as needed. It’s available in two versions – an original version with a removable cover and a waterproof version with a non removable cover. You can buy a removable, machine washable, cuddle cover to go over the waterproof pillow, if you like the softer feel of the cuddle fabric better.

• It’s a very versatile pillow. It’s soft enough to be used as a pregnancy pillow, and your babies can use it for support, tummy time and for bottle feeding.

• It comes with a strap you can adjust depending on the size of your belly. Strapping also makes the holes smaller when the pillow is laying flat, allowing your babies not to fall through the holes.

The cushion is made of 100 percent polyester fiber. It’s BPA, Phthalate and Lead Free. There’s no toxic smell or chemicals added. You’re not able to put the waterproof version in the washer, but the pillow can be spot washed with a damp soapy cloth. Spare covers can be purchased separately. They can be washed and dried in any washer and dryer cycle.
